On 28th December, Margie and I are off to celebrate New Year in San Francisco with our younger son Will and his French lady Marion Brossard, as the guests of her parents Gerard and Nathalie who have lived in that part of the world for a couple of decades.

That’s followed by a Road Trip in a convertible 5 litre Mustang down the Pacific Highway, past LA and Hollywood to San Diego, then head north-east inland to The Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and Death Valley via Kingman on Route 66 before cruising back to San Francisco to spend a few days doing the tourist thing in the Golden Gate City. And then our long flight home……

Gotta be done….!
